Steve is a strength and flexibility coach based in Beckenham south London. Drawing on his many years as a personal trainer and yoga teacher he combines a mixture of weight training and mobility drills for a well rounded approach to exercise.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Steve for two years, calisthenics moves that seems at the start to be impossible slowly becomes achievable with his careful programming, tailored training and extensive experience, which sees me now holding a 60seconds handstand with ease.
Steve has worked with me one-to-one and via an intensive online training program, this has allowed me to continue training whilst traveling, and is fundamental to my continued success.
On a professional level, as an osteopath I regularly refer my patients to Steve for strength and conditioning and exercise rehabilitation as part of their treatment process, his knowledge and diligence has always paid dividends in their speedy recovery and long-term success.
